Before we begin
A few useful answers.
Who is the practice for?
The practice focuses on individuals, sole traders and small businesses in Australia. The suitability and scope of an engagement are discussed before work starts.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
A short description of the help you need is enough to start. Please leave out your TFN, identity documents, bank details and full tax records.
How are fees agreed?
The proposed work, responsibilities and fees are discussed before an engagement starts. An enquiry does not commit you to proceed.
Can I request ongoing support?
Yes. Mention whether you need help with a particular matter or would like to discuss an ongoing arrangement.
A useful starting point
A clearer first conversation with your accountant
A short, well-organised enquiry can make it easier to work out what support you need. You do not need to send your complete financial records to begin.
